Previously, when SecurityPal Copilot didn’t have enough information to confidently answer a question, users were left without direction. Now, Copilot delivers helpful fallback responses — linking to the most relevant source materials so users can still find what they need.

This update keeps the review process moving, even when answers aren't yet available.

Previously, auto-approvals relied on outdated customer records, leading to mismatches and friction. Now, with Salesforce Auto-Approval, SecurityPal connects directly to your Salesforce org via OAuth. Using live filter criteria, approvals are automatic, accurate, and always up-to-date — no syncing required.

Global Search

We’ve introduced a unified global search bar that helps you locate the content you need across all SecurityPal products — from security docs and Knowledge Library items and Security Questionnaire Concierge threads.

Simply type your query into the search bar, and we’ll surface results across all relevant areas. It’s faster, smarter navigation — all from one place.

Custom tasks

Track what matters most to you.

We are rolling out a new Custom Tasks feature that will let customers tailor intake forms and manage workflows their way. Whether it’s for Concierge, Private Data Room, or a completely custom use case, you will soon be able to:
