We're thrilled to unveil a modern redesign for all your Data Rooms created through information requests. The new look brings a fresh, contemporary interface that aligns with your SecurityPal Trust Center design — creating a seamless, consistent experience across every touchpoint.
This exciting redesign is now in early access for all customers. Talk to your Engagement Manager to turn it on today. It will become the default for all new profiles soon.
Intelligent assistant.
Along with the redesign, we're introducing an optional AI-powered intelligent assistant that takes your Data Rooms to the next level.
When enabled, visitors can ask natural-language questions about your security practices, compliance status, or policies — and get instant answers directly from your shared documents. The assistant suggests helpful starter questions and cites relevant sources, ensuring visitors only see information they’re authorized to access.
This new feature transforms static Data Rooms into interactive, self-serve trust hubs, helping you deliver clarity, speed, and confidence at scale.
Notifications Management
Less inbox clutter, more insight.

You asked, we listened. Every user in your organization now has more control over how they receive notifications— including the ability to turn off email alerts if they’re already active in the SecurityPal App.
This update helps your team reach the zen of inbox zero without missing a beat, all while keeping your security reviews, approvals, and collaboration moving forward smoothly.

Copilot Using Documents

SecurityPal Copilot just got smarter — and more reliable than ever.
Previously, Copilot drew from question-and-answer pairs to generate responses. Now, it can use your uploaded documents as a source of truth, pulling directly from your most up-to-date materials for accuracy and compliance. This update dramatically reduces knowledge drift and ensures you can pinpoint exactly where answers came from.
It’s transparency, traceability, and trust — all built right into your AI assistant.
Chrome Extension Update
Autofill meets AI.

You can now use Copilot directly from your browser to find answers from your approved Q&A pairs or knowledge documents — without ever leaving the security portal you’re in.
Once you’ve found what you need, SecurityPal can even autofill responses directly into the portal you’re logged into. It’s a faster, smarter way to get through questionnaires and RFPs — no more switching tabs or copying and pasting from spreadsheets.
