Faster, More Streamlined Customer Onboarding

Time to value matters, especially in security assurance. Our new onboarding experience is designed to get customers from setup to confident question-answering as quickly as possible.

What’s changed:

  • A simplified onboarding flow for:
    • Vendor Assess
    • Questionnaires
    • Assurance Profiles
  • A guided, centralized onboarding experience:
    • Customers receive a dedicated onboarding URL from their Engagement Manager
    • Upon login, they’re automatically directed into the onboarding flow
    • No unnecessary navigation, just a focused path to value
