SecurityPal 2025 Year in Review
Scaling Momentum, Advancing Innovation, and Operationalizing Trust.

2025 was a defining year for SecurityPal. It was a year of momentum — where scale met substance, innovation met intention, and trust became something teams could finally operationalize.
From platform evolution to product breakthroughs, global recognition, and continued investment in our people, the year 2025 marked a clear step forward in how assurance management gets done.
Assurance Management by the numbers

A Strategic shift from suite to platform
In 2025 we completed a pivotal shift in our product strategy:
Customer Assurance Suite to Assurance Management Platform
We evolved from a suite of tools into a unified, end-to-end Assurance Management Platform. Not just optimized for customer questionnaires — but designed to support full-scale assurance needs across sales, compliance, risk, vendor management, and audit readiness.Â
At the heart of this platform? AI Agents powered by years of proprietary security insight, blended with human expertise — ensuring precision, context, and trust at every step.
Launching agentic AI with Concierge Agents™

One of our most transformative milestones in 2025 was the launch of AI Concierge Agents™ — hybrid AI agents trained on SecurityPal’s proprietary assurance data, designed to accelerate workflows while maintaining human-grade trust and oversight.
These agents operate with tiered autonomy, handling repeatable tasks at machine speed while routing nuance and judgment to expert humans. From questionnaire responses to vendor assessments, audit prep, trust center orchestration, and beyond, they’re built to be an extension of your security and GRC teams.Â
vCISO: Security leadership when you need it
2025 also saw the introduction and maturation of our Virtual CISO (vCISO) offering — giving teams outsourced security leadership that balances strategic guidance with tactical execution. From risk framing to roadmap execution, vCISO support helped customers embed security practices in ways that scale as they grow.
Product innovation highlights from 2025
In 2025, product innovation at SecurityPal wasn’t about shipping features for the sake of velocity — it was about fundamentally reshaping how assurance work gets done. Every update moved us closer to a single goal: operationalizing trust at scale.
Smarter, more context aware AI

We made major advances to our AI engine in 2025 — improving accuracy, context awareness, and confidence in every response. AI Autocomplete became more precise, Copilot responses more nuanced, and recommendations more aligned with each customer’s unique security posture. Backed by years of proprietary assurance data and continuously refined by human experts, SecurityPal’s AI evolved from a helpful assistant into a trusted teammate.
Data rooms that do more than store documents

Data Rooms underwent a major transformation this year — shifting from static repositories into intelligent, interactive trust hubs. Customers gained smarter document handling, clearer organization, and AI-powered assistance that could answer questions directly from uploaded evidence. The result: fewer back-and-forths, faster validation, and a dramatically improved experience for both security teams and their reviewers.
Trust centers built for real buyer expectations

Trust Centers became more customizable, more dynamic, and more aligned with how modern buyers evaluate risk. New branding controls allowed teams to present trust artifacts in a way that matched their company identity, while improved structure and content visibility made it easier for prospects to find the answers they needed — without filing another questionnaire.
Global search and unified visibility across assurance work

As assurance programs scale, finding the right answer quickly becomes mission-critical. In 2025, we introduced global search across the platform — enabling teams to instantly locate questions, answers, documents, and insights no matter where they live. This unified visibility reduced duplication, improved consistency, and gave teams confidence that they were always working from the best available information.
Workflow automation that meets teams where they work
We continued to expand automation across the assurance lifecycle — including smarter approvals, deeper Salesforce integrations, and more flexible workflows. These updates reduced manual handoffs, sped up response cycles, and allowed security, sales, and GRC teams to collaborate seamlessly without leaving their existing tools.
